Our Story
El Tounsi Foods began with owner Walid Hachani’s infinite quest for the best harissa he could find in Canada. Disappointed by the selection he found he decided to craft his own harissa following traditional Tunisian recipes and production techniques.
‘El Tounsi’ means ‘The Tunisian’ in Arabic (التونسي)
